We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the malls and in a prime area. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. The managers, especially Marcus, were exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the variety of amenities available, like the spa and wellness center.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We loved the location of the hotel! It's close to the airport as well as the metro station, easy for us to get around this city. the hotel is near Deira market where there are a lot of Indian restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the facilities of the hotel were great; the room was clean, and the pool area was fantastic.
